of the art media department headed by
Media Director, Kristen Smith and 
Media Coordinator, Cindy Rose. Our integrated software system
facilitates our ability to craft buys based on the most current research,
both quantitative and qualitative. Our careful attention to detail assures
that the schedules will be closely monitored and maintained.
Planning & Strategy: A wide range of research is used for determining the most effective plan for our client. We subscribe to Arbitron ratings, and keep current books in all markets we place. We utilize qualitative surveys on a local, regional and national level from RAB (Radio Advertising Bureau), Scarborough, Retail Direct, Simmons Market Research and MediaPro.
Buying:
Due to our expertise and buying power, we are able to negotiate the
lowest rates for our clients. Our specialty is creating a buy that is
efficient and cost effective, yet meets all of the clients needs.
The GRPs
will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the highest return on
investment.
Auditing and Invoices: All invoices are billed
by broadcast month to the
client. The audit process includes confirming affidavits and tear sheets
to
ensure the correct time, date, and cost for each spot or space. Every
billing cycle, the client will receive a breakdown reflecting each
station/pub on the buy. Affidavits for PSA (free media) schedules will be
provided in addition to the cash portion.
Promotions: We work closely with the media
and other organizations to bring
unique partnerships and promotions to our clients wherever possible.
Promotional negotiation is based on each individual station or publication
and the overall share of the buy. This may include local and regional
promotions, sponsorships, remotes, live television programs, etc.
PSAs: We have considerable experience leveraging
placement of public
service spots on radio and television Our station relationships have helped
to secure short and long term PSA schedules for our clients valued in the
hundreds of thousands of dollars.
